We understand your dedication to cookware maintenance. A sparkling clean pressure cooker not only enhances the cooking experience but also ensures food safety. The key to proper cleaning lies in gentle stain removal, preventing scratches, and timely drying. Here are the specific steps:

Daily Cleaning Steps (Wash after each use, 5 steps)

Clean after cooling: After use, wait for the pot to cool to below 50℃ (approximately 20-30 minutes) to avoid damage to the metal structure from hot pot cooling or detergent evaporation.

Disassemble washable parts: Remove the sealing ring, exhaust valve, anti-clogging cover, and water collection box, etc., and wash them separately to prevent food residue from clogging and affecting the seal and safety performance.

Clean the inner pot and lid: Use a soft sponge or scouring pad dampened with neutral detergent and warm water to gently wipe the inner wall of the pot and the surface of the lid. Stubborn oil stains can be softened by applying a baking soda paste (baking soda + water) for 10 minutes, then gently wiping.

Rinse and inspect: Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Check that the sealing ring is properly installed and the gap is even to prevent air leakage.

Dry immediately to prevent oxidation: After cleaning, be sure to wipe all parts dry with a dry cloth, or place them over an open flame to dry for 10-15 seconds to prevent water residue from causing the polished layer to become dull or develop white spots.
